President of Sterling Consulting Services, LLC has announced the formation of this new
consulting company which specializes in the Human Resources Management profession.
Sterling said, "Sterling Consulting Services has a belief that there is a need in
Central Ohio for small to medium size businesses, who currently do not have the benefit of
an in-house Human Resources department, to retain the services of a professional company
offering experienced Human Resource consulting. There is no need for these companies to
have to incur the cost of adding an HR professional to their payroll. The time has come
for this expertise to be offered to all Central Ohio businesses, regardless of size, at a
reasonable cost."
Additionally, SCS will offer specifically designed training seminars for large
companies who already have a Human Resources department. "We can assist these
companies with meeting their training objectives without the expense of increasing
staff", said Sterling.
